We love having woodland, trees, and outdoor play opportunities in Chapeltown with stunning Reginald Park (pictured) just opposite our doors.
When parents and residents alerted our management committee to a plan to build a 5-story block of flats directly next to our local playground and on top of available local parking, we recognised their concerns, including road safety issues and impact on our shared public green space. Following our objection - alongside many residents and local councillors - we are delighted that plans have been withdrawn and we are grateful to local campaigner, Miranda Mason, for raising awareness of the plan.
